SAP Manufacturing Global Lead‍

‍Responsibilities:‍Functional

• As primary functional support you will research, design, and develop PP, PM and QM solutions for the business processes within Innospec.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in SAP and its interfaces
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify cause and resolution.
• Work closely with AMS service provider and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction across the SAP landscape.
• Work on the design and execution of test scripts and scenarios and facilitate the resolution of identified issues to the satisfaction of business users.

Project

• Help in design the new manufacturing and quality management structure in S/4HANA within greenfield implementation for the global organisation in partnership with Global Manufacturing team and implementation partner.
• Collaborate as internal expert throughout the S/4HANA rollout and transition into Centre of Excellence role at end of program

‍Skills and Experience

• Strong PP, PM & QM knowledge and integration with the other SAP modules (O2C, MM, P2P, R2R)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience is essential including but not limited to delivering functional specifications and configuration.
• S/4HANA experience, ideally including greenfield design of PP/PM/QM requirements.
• 8-10 years of relevant SAP implementation and / or centre of excellence support experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Experience in developing best practices and guidelines that will reduce complexity and improve performance and availability.
• Experience in working with other leads to provide direction on systems analysis, design, development, and testing
• Experience in leading SAP functional teams; managing team workloads and guiding/training/mentoring team members
• Industry and business process knowledge in Manufacturing, preferably Chemicals, in an international context
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of PP, PM and QM areas and experience in the following sectors:
• Make to Stock
• Planned and Process Orders
• Recipes
• MRP
• Quality Inspections and Logistics Integration
• Sample and Batch Management
• Maintenance Spares & Asset Lifecycle Management
• Corrective, Preventative & Emergency Maintenance
